SHIPPING + DELIVERY
When will my order ship? Because every piece is custom-printed to order, please allow up to 5 business days for production. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via UPS or FedEx.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. If you are an international trade partner or designer, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
RETURNS + DAMAGES
Do you accept returns? Because each piece is custom-printed and framed to your specific specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If you are unsure about sizing, please email us a photo of your wall—we are happy to provide a digital mock-up before you buy.
What if my order arrives damaged? We fully insure every shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the box. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
SIZING + FRAMING
Do the prints come framed? We offer professional framing for sizes up to 24x36.

Small/Medium (12x18 to 24x36): Available Framed or Unframed.

Large Statement Pieces (30x40 & 40x60): Sold Unframed Only. These ship rolled in crush-proof architectural tubes to ensure they arrive safely. Your local framer can assist with installation.

PRODUCT DETAILS
What does “archival” mean? "Archival" means the materials are museum-grade and designed to last a lifetime without fading. We use 100% cotton rag paper and pigment-based inks, which provides a depth of color and texture that standard photo paper cannot match.
How do I care for my print? Keep your print out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. For unframed prints, handle with clean, dry hands (ideally by the edges) to avoid transferring oils to the matte surface.

Do you offer discounts for offices, clinics, or multi-piece orders? Yes. For corporate offices, healthcare facilities, interior designers, and staging projects, we offer volume pricing and trade discounts.
